A warm welcome to Goschn Lehen in Irdning!

The newly built farmhouse with its two holiday apartments invites you to explore the wonderful landscape at the foot of the Grimmings.

After 100 years our farm was awakened from its slumber:

Tradition and modernity meet not only in the management of our farm, but also in the furnishings of our house.
Countless hours of work have turned our farmhouse into a real gem and place to arrive and relax. Many objects in our house carry a wonderful story and invite you to write many new holiday stories.

Through our box window you can see the ox in the pasture, the wild animals at the edge of the forest and the rugged rock faces of the imposing Grimming massif, the highest free-standing mountain in the Alps.

Enjoy your vacation in nature - be it to relax, seek peace, hiking, cycling or in winter for skiing and tobogganing.

We look forward to you!

The attention to detail is not only reflected in ourselves - it is our job to combine tradition and modernity. Caring for people, animals and nature is a matter of course for us.

Farm products

Self-sufficiency and direct marketing are becoming more and more important for us - the knowledge of past generations combined with today's possibilities has been our daily bread since the takeover. It is important to us to give our land what it needs so that we can reap what we need in gratitude.

So we offer from the farm:

  • Tender alpine beef

  • Excellent brandies

  • In-house apple juice and syrups or jams of the season

  • Tasty potatoes

  • Grains for our home-baked bread

  • From our partner company the vlg. Gosch, we receive fresh Grimming free-range eggs every day from happy free-range chickens.

Animals

There is always something to do on a farm ...!

Our animals need to be cared for on a daily basis. In summer, our oxen spend most of their time on the pasture - the "young" ones in the valley, the "older ones" on the Planneralm, which is up to 2000 meters above sea level. They look forward to a visit from our guests!

Our farm cat “Mietzi” enjoys the hustle and bustle on the farm, a break in the sun and long pats.

In the summer months, some sheep and goats spend their summer freshness with us around the farm.
